Experience : Minimum 2 year

Work Settings : Work in Wildpine Residence(Retirement Residence)
Duties and Responsibilities : Prepare and Cook complete meals or individual dishes and fod or special meals for patients if required. Schedule and Supervise kitchen helpers. Oversee kitchen operations. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. May plan menu, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost also monitor and order supplies. Ensure the kitchen and food is clean and safe anytime.
