Urban Tadka Caterings Inc. O/A Urban Tadka located at 335 Deerhurst Drive, Unit 9-11, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5K3 requires 5 Indian Sweet Maker on Permanent /Full Time basis (40 hrs./week) at wage rate of $26.50/hr. Must have 2 years to Less than 3 years of verifiable experience as an Indian sweet maker. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be given

JOB DUTIES AS INDIAN SWEET MAKER

1. Preparing traditional and high-quality East Indian sweets and desserts
2. Ensuring food quality and food safety, including sweet temperatures, safe refrigeration of ingredients, and food allergens.
3. Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer
4. Maintain Cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas;
5. Preparation, cooking and handling of sweets.
6. Ensuring the storefront display is stocked with a wide array of visually appealing sweets;
7. Any other related job duties as required in the restaurant.
