Indian Specialty Cook

2408904 Ontario Inc. O/A Woodbine Banquet and Convention Centre Located at 30 Vice Regent Blvd, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 7A4 requires 3 Indian Specialty Cook on Permanent/Full time basis (40/week) on a wage rate of $ 26.50/ hour. Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience as an Indian Specialty Cook. Job Duties

• Prepare Indian meals for parties with ethnic taste and texture
• Schedule and Supervise kitchen staff
• Organize and oversee banquet buffet.
• Suggest Recipe Combinations and Fusions for special party orders
• Overlook the stock level and assist in ordering of dairy, fresh produce, meat and dry goods as per requisitions and requirement of kitchen.
• Plan the menu, size of food portion, estimates food requirements and costs as per party size
• Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
• All other relevant tasks
