Fast Food Manager

HellCrust Pizza is a restaurant with multi-branches in BC, Canada. We serve our clients with different types of Pizza’s, Pasta, Desserts, Beverages, Dips and salads. We are looking for a Fast Food Managers to manage our location at White Rock

Position: Fast Food Restaurant Manager

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 2

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $26.50/Hr. 40 hours per week

Language: English

Location: 1113 Vidal Street, White Rock, Surrey, BC, V4B1C2

Restaurant Manager (NOC 0631) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
•  Implement operational procedures as per restaurant services
• Hire staff when needed and manage staff training
• Inspect performance of the staff and set staff work schedules
• Modify procedures and prices of menu items, regulate inventory, monitor the generation of revenue
• Resolve customer complaints
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and are up to date
• Oversee plans and schedules with suppliers for food and other ingredients
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering options
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementations.

Additional Skills

• Conduct performance reviews; Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; Organize and maintain inventory
