Line Cook

Sansho Sushi & Japanese Dining (JHC Restaurant LTD) in North Vancouver is looking for Full-time Line Cooks to join our team.

 

Job Title: Line Cook (NOC 6322)

 

Job duties:

-Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

-Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

-Order supplies and equipment

-Inspect kitchens and food service areas

-Clean kitchen and work areas

-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

 

Requirements:

-Completion of Secondary school

-Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience

-Completion of a college or other programs in cooking is an asset
