Phoenix Construction is a quality builder providing construction and property management services in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley (BC). We are currently looking for Construction Cleaners to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full time; Permanent
Number of Positions: 4
Salary: $26.45 per hour
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Work location: Various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley (BC) and/or as per company’s contracts
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding
Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- Perform minor repair/maintenance jobs such as painting, plumbing and drywall as per foreman instructions.
- Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other construction cleaning duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Completion of high school would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Some work experience in same/similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Functional English is required.
- Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.
- Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.
