JOB DUTIES AS SPECIALTY PIZZA COOK

• Prepare gourmet pizza Sauces for taste and texture
• Blend spices, marinate toppings as per little Caesars recipes
• Prepare Recipe Combinations and Fusions for Specialty Orders
• Plan the menu for caterings, special occasions in consultation with owner as per customer requirements
• Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
• Train new cooks as and when needed.
• All other relevant tasks
