Position Summary:

Starting Wage:  40CAD/Hour

Schedule: Full-time, Permanent

Work Hours:  6 hours/day, 5 days/week

Work Location: 2799 Barton Street East, Hamilton, ON, L8K 5T3

Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute digital commerce and after-sale service business plans, driving business objectives and goals to grow revenue and client base.
  • Contribute to business intelligence to the Service Sales team, drive strategic initiatives, increase cross-selling opportunities, and build strong customer partner relationships.
  • Work closely with internal departments to effectively integrate online and offline retail channels to offer a seamless shopping experience
  • Study market research and industry reports to determine customer demand potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • Monitor customer service quality and online reviews and improve the performance of various online distribution channels. and resolve customer complaints and assist with resolving customer issues regarding sales and service.
  • Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and hire or oversee staff hiring.


Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

• 5+ years of experience in the retail & wholesale sales industry is required, and knowledge of strategic management of e-commerce operations is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to grow the service sales volume of equipment post-sale support across channels

• Proven record of managing and directing a service sales force in the consumer electronic & equipment industry

• Ability to identify market fit for other equipment and expand product portfolio

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work appropriately with a focus on timelines and deliverables

• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities; ability to formulate business solutions for a myriad of challenges

• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments and leaders; ability to drive results through partnership, mutual respect and trust
