 Education: Minimum High School Diploma OR Trade Certificate

Experience/Skills: A minimum of two to three years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a small to medium Sports bar/Restaurant setup. Experience in overseeing all the main functions of a restaurant. smoothly. Excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal skills. Communication skills. Organisational skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Hire and train staff, handle the restaurant budget, work with kitchen staff to revamp menu items, ensure that all equipment and procedures are up to code, monitor inventory, communicate with vendors, and solve customer complaints. Have creative energy, marketing plans and restaurant decor to make sure the business stays current.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.  Attention to detail.

Good command in English language is a must, speak, read, write and listen.

 Job Duties:

Manage and organize daily restaurant operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers. Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary. Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards. Mediate problems to ensure that staff cooperate and create the best experience for guests possible. Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

Coordinate and optimize front and back of restaurant operations. Control operational costs and promoting efficiency. Control operations of a restaurant and bar Weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting. Taking reservation thru calls and online booking. Ensure and measure guest satisfaction. Recruit staff and oversee staff training
