Coremaker

-Ensure all machine guards are in place prior to operation

-Adhere to safety and training for all equipment and moving parts.

-Set cycle times according to product spec sheets

-Monitor pattern temperature to achieve required limits from product sheets 

-Clean all molding sand to be used on all cores with special requirements for specific cores

-Core wash required on some cores 

-Pouring sleeve sand used only on pouring sleeves

-Cycle machine

-Remove core(s) and recycle machine

-Remove fins from core and sand/file blow print as required

-Place cores/sleeves in appropriate containers for moulding requirements

-Record good cores and scrap on production report

 

Terms of employment: Permanent Full Time (40 hours/week)

 

Language of work: English

 

Wage: $20.50/hr
