Accommodation Services Manager

Immediate vacance for person with minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and management, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry

4 year accountng /business and management training

successful candidate to live in accommodation in resort

Highly responsible, self motivated professional with strong verificable financial management skills

Able to plan, organize anbd control the operations of a resort operation and oversee expansion plans

Able to recurit, train and supervise maintenance staff and establish flexible, work schedules

Excellebt public relations skills to retain, satisfiy holiday makers, resolve complaints and provide innovative plans to expan operations and iprove profitability of operations

Control financial, accounting and administrative tasks including authorizaiton of expenditures and maintenance of accurate financial records

Knowledge of computer software geared to hospitality industry including coding and mapping of different software of front office and back office systems, Knowledge of auditing, bookkeeping , and afinalizing annual audit and tax returns. 

Ability to implement policy and procedures to improve oeprations and services
