Job Duties:

• Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Manage overall operation of farm
• Purchase machinery, seed, feed and other supplies
• Establish marketing programs
• Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Perform general farm duties
