Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
Review and improve administrative procedures and office processes
Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance
Set work priorities and ensure deadlines and procedures are followed
Carry out daily administrative activities of the organization
Coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, maintenance, security, parking, and asset disposal
Assist in preparing operating budgets and monitor inventory and budget controls
Collect information and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
