Prepare and cook individual custom pizzas and salads to order using MOD's fresh ingredients and standardized recipes.

Prepare and cook special-order pizzas and salads as instructed by guests or managers to accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free crust, vegan cheese, allergen-free toppings).

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers (MOD Squad members) during shifts to ensure efficient prep, cooking, and cleaning tasks.

Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring speed, quality, and adherence to MOD Pizza standards.

Maintain inventory and records of pizza dough, sauces, toppings, packaging, and kitchen equipment; track usage and report low stock.

Set up and oversee the salad and topping stations, ensuring ingredients are fresh, labeled, and properly stocked throughout service.

Ensure cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, ovens, prep tables, floors, and work areas in line with food safety and MOD brand cleanliness standards.

Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff on pizza assembly, oven operation, food safety, and MOD's customer-first service culture.
