Food Service Supervisor

Wages & Compensation:

• Salary: $18.00/hr. for 40 hours per week.
• Benefits: 4% Vocation Pay
• Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible
• Terms of Employment: full-time, Permanent
• Benefits: As per BC Employment Standard Act

Specific Skills

• Assist in selection of food service staff and development of budgets.
• Controls labour hours and cash flow while on shift.
• Helps to maintain records for safety.
• Develop and coordinate requirements of nutritional value and ingredient labels to food products produce in house.
• Develop new and improve existing methods to meet production and demand schedules.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist in budget development of specific products costings and pricing to different levels.
• May hiring new staff members
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
• Helps maintain standards for product quality, service and speed quality and cleanliness.
