Wages & Compensation:

• Salary: $17.50/hr. for 40 hours per week.
• Overtimes: $26.25/hr. after every 40 hrs. per week
• Terms of Employment: full-time, Permanent
• Benefits: As per BC Employment Standard Act

• Fast-paced environment,
• Repetitive tasks,
• Standing for extended periods

Specific Skills

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions,
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
• Train staff in preparation,
• Cooking and handling of food,
• Clean kitchen and work areas,
• Manage kitchen operations
