We will provide:

- Salary: $ 16.25 per hour

- Minimum 37.5 hrs per Week throughout your employment period

- Paid vacation of 10 calendar days each year

- Vacation Pay – 4%

Location of Work: Mississauga, Ontario

We are looking for natural leader to support our Restaurant Manager.

Job Duties:

• Supervise full time and part time staff in food preparation.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities, complete and post staff schedules.
• Practice inventory control standards, maintain inventory of food ingredients and supplies and requisition as required.
• Perform daily closeout procedures on POS system.
• Communicate changes to staff in regards to food preparations, & standards, etc.
• Ensuring that food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensuring labour and production plans are adjusted as per the requirement to minimize the wastage
• Assist in hiring and training new team members.
• Keep the updated records of stock of food supplies, everyday sales and wastage

Requirements

• Secondary School Completion
• Completion of college program in food service/ restaurant management or have one year of experience is proffered.
• Ability to legally work in Canada
