residential construction supervisor

Employer: Italian Sunshine Construction Ltd.

Position: residential construction supervisor 

Position Available: 01

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $35.50 per hour (40 hours per week)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations as per company’s contract.

Job Duties:

• Supervise & Co-coordinate the activities of workers at the construction site.
• Hire and train new workers
• Co-ordinate with other subcontractors and prepare work schedule
• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures.
• Monitor projects budget.
• Resolve work problems and make good relations with clients for better business.
• Able to read and understand blueprints of construction sites.
• Resolve work related issues and complaints at site

Job Requirements:

Education: High School is an asset.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Language: Basic English.
