Food Service Supervisor

MR.Bro Enterprise Ltd dba Mr Bro Korean Bistro & Izakaya is looking for a full time permanent Food Service Supervisor to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details

Location: 8580 Alexandra Road suite 2000, Richmond, British Columbia V6X 4B3                

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Work settings: Restaurant

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion

• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand

• Ensure food services meeting quality standards

• Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Prepare and submit cost reports

• Supervise and check delivery of food orders

• Schedule work shifts for employees
