1114080 BC Ltd. DBA Save on Dry Cleaning” is currently looking for an educated, Professional and one well-organized, candidate to handle the position of Laundry and Dry-Cleaning General Manager (NOC: 0015) for their business. The potential candidate must handle and coordinate the overall operations of the business.

Work Location: 7690 134 Street Surrey BC V3W 7T8

 Requirements:

  • Completion of Bachelor’s degree is required. Any further higher education would be considered an asset.
  • More than 3 years of experience at senior level is required.
  • Must have good command over language.
  • Must have knowledge about computer applications such as Excel, Office etc.
  • Able to Supervise and manage more than 10 persons.
  • Should be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment etc.

Compensation Package:

Wages: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour (depending upon experience)

Hours: 35-40 hrs./week

 Benefits:

Position is entitled to benefits as per BC Employment standards act. As per mutual agreement, 4% Vacation pay of gross salary will be paid, or the option to choose 10 days of paid vacation annually with no vacation pay on each pay period.

 Job Duties:

  • Determine services to be sold, and set prices.
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes
  • Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with company director/owner.
  • Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.
  • Develops and executes the marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Responsible for managing a team of staff including performance management.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
  • Brings new ideas for business expansion and growth.
