Position Overview: Currently we are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our sales team. This position is responsible for managing, motivating, and mentoring the team to achieve company’s sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction is being achieved. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and leading the team by providing high quality service that ensures customer satisfaction.

Work location(s): Unit 103 - 12925 115 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3R 0E2 & Various job sites in Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley & Greater Vancouver region in BC as per company’s contracts

 

What you need?

  • Demonstrated and relevant supervisory, leadership and managerial experience.
  • Education in business or a related field would be an asset.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve common goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about growing sales and running an efficient and profitable operation. 
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and follow up on team's activities.
  • Ability to find solutions to problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt and cope with challenging situations.

At this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the sales operations. 
    • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and new products while keeping an eye out for competitors.
    • Assess customer preferences and demands to efficiently direct sales efforts.
    • Develop marketing and sales strategies, set goals, and work with the team to achieve them.
    • Manage key financial metrics such as sales revenue, margin growth and profitability.
    • Determine and implement price and credit policies. 
    • Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide highest level of satisfaction.
    • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of team members and their performance management.
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
