Position: Shift Supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $18.50 per hour
Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operation of assigned location including staff management, food safety, guest services, sales, and food quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and special requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Control inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Follow company’s policy and procedures and adhere to company standards.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per company’s standards.
- Accountable for training, and motivating staff.
Position Requirements
- Completion of college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in food service sector
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action.
- Good supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
- Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals.
- Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
