Main duties and responsibilities:

Create a positive guest experience through interaction and service milestones.
Knowledge of all food and beverage products to make recommendations.
Receive drink order cards quickly and dispense all drinks according to bar standards.
Offer drinks in a clear and organized manner in the service bar area.
Share drink descriptions, special offers and information with guests and team members.
Install and disassemble the bar counter, dishwasher and cappuccinatore.
Store and service all bar products, including on-site.
Check and maintain beer barrel and liquor levels
Count and inventory all drinks and supplies and assist the manager with inventory ordering.
Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies.
Other duties as assigned or necessary.

Qualification:

Excellent internal and external customer service skills must be constantly demonstrated.
Provide safe and responsible service for all aspects of the sale and service of all beverages, including setting drinking limits, avoiding intoxication, and informing all employees of guests under surveillance.
Accurately follow and complete all withdrawal procedures.
Cash and debit/credit card settlements with all visitors.
Follow the procedures for opening and closing the bar.
Ensure adequate stocks of alcoholic beverages and other related products.
Ensure proper cleaning and operation of the windshield washer.
Complete documentation for the bottling of all alcoholic beverages.
Complete daily inventory and waste sheets until the end of the shift.
Regularly clean and disinfect glassware, refrigerators, bar surfaces, windshield washers, equipment and supplies.
Provide preventive maintenance for windshield washer, coffee maker, pizza warmer and other related equipment.
Follow all house rules, rules and bar rules related to alcohol.
Maintain personal cash flow and complete withdrawal procedures.
Report all alcoholic drinks during the break and at the end of the shift.
Ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies and compliance with the Health and Safety Act.
Maintain a safe environment for all employees and immediately report any health and safety concerns to the Food and Beverage Manager.
Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Inspector.
