BC V5J 4X5 No. of openings: 1 Salary: $26.50 / hour Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Job requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: Previous experience gained would be an asset. Job Requirements: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Carry out administrative activities of establishment Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, client focus, reliability, organized, team player, accurate.
