MEAT CUTTER - Retail or Wholesale

A fast growing restaurant located in London Ontario, needs to hire immediately a MEAT CUTTER to perform the following functions:
1. Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
2. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
3. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
4. Wrap and package prepared meats.
5. Remove bones from meat.
6. Cut poultry into parts.
7. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
8. Cut fish into steaks and fillets.
9. Grind meats.
10. Make special sausages.
11. Slice cooked meat.

12. Prepare special orders.
13. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.

Salary: $17 per hour; 40 hours per week
