Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work setting: Urban area, Retail business

Tasks
Manage staff and assign duties, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potentialsales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, Implement price and credits policies, Determinestaffi ng requirements, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Plan,organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Supervision: 3-4 people

 

Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
