H.T Design & Homes is a Markham based company providing high quality custom cabinetry design and manufacturing services throughout the GTA.  Our design team have gained an outstanding reputation for integrity, reliability and creativity in the Cabinet industry. We are currently seeking an experienced business development consultant to join our team.

Anticipated start Date: As soon as possible

Term of employment: Full-time (30-37.5 hr/week）

Wage：$41.35/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Analyze current company strucure and provide advice to the management in regarding to possible managerial policies and program changes;

-Propose improvements in operation, human resources and communications between offices and departments;-Research and provide guidance in relate to international business registration and operation and establishment;

-Communication and representing company attending events, business meetings and communication with government officials;

-Communiction with oversea production plants, whole sellers,designers, sales and constructions to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

-Completion of Master Degree in the area of Business Administration, Commerce or marketing

-Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience, experience in North America is preferred

-Must be able to communicate in English

-Familiar with construction and renovation industry operation
