Senior Financial Analyst

Found in 2020, Alti Financial Inc. provides our clients with integrated wealth planning through a well-defined process which includes financial goal discovery, net worth analysis, asset allocation and investment strategies, retirement and estate planning, as well as financial planning. The end goal is to help clients maximize and protect their wealth while minimizing their tax burden.

 We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our financial team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, create, establish and maintain financial analysis models and P&Ls to forecast revenue, costs, expenses and profits for multiple channels
2. Provide and deliver periodic analysis and reports accordingly about data trend, history, and make recommendations that improve business performance
3. Prepare and evaluate financial plans, portfolio administration and coordination of client service needs with marketing and sales teams
4. Develop and manage several financial systems to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analysis and reporting process
5. Conduct and implement research for key input and research into establishing new insurance products and investment strategies
6. Develop group presentations, ad-hock research and fundamental market analysis
7. Coordinate in conjunction with internal partners and external professionals to deliver data, statistical reports and quantitative analysis
8. Assist with management team in improving business processes and drive profitability by developing insightful analytics and reports
9. Collaborate with other functional groups in the company to ensure adequate analysis is performed/provided to identify risks and opportunities

Qualification & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher preferred) with an emphasis on finance, investment, analytics, management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years working experience in financial analysis, previous experience in a senior position is preferred.
3. Outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to intuitively diagnose issues using data.
4. Advanced organizational & prioritization skills & ability to work on many tasks concurrently.
5. Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and recommend process improvements.
6. Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills.
7. Experienced with desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
8. Highly innovative and flexible; ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting.

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Wage & Benefits

$37 per hour, based on experience and skills
