We need a sales team that can manage the complecated situations. B2B or higher-end products in the enterprise will require an organizational structure around sales to activate high-end market marketing. The new marketing and sales manager needs to understand what is our appropriate business model from the perspective of overall planning, so that information can flow in various organizational levels for better decision-making, cultural development, and between subordinate sales, and upper-level general managers Achieve goal alignment.
A Marketing and sales manager has three core responsibilities of marketing, management and performance, his/her main responsibilities are:
1. Lead the Acadia's existing sales team to complete the preliminary work such as project positioning and designation of marketing plans;
2. Guide and carry out the bench mark mechanisam management system, and supervise and assess the implementation effect of the existing team;
3. According to the company's overall business plan, formulate investment promotion, operation target management plan and organize implementation;
4. Familiar with the entire work process of real estate project case sales;
5. Participate in projects and advertising planning.
6. Responsible for the complex sales process of B to B, responsible for the negotiation and signing of the company's major marketing contracts.
7. Assist, establish and adjust the company's marketing model, segment the market, start up, expand, and optimization the marketing network.
 
 
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, must be related to business, marketing, economics, management or financial field;
2. Must have 5 years or more of team management experience;
3. Have global awareness, and customer demand analysis capabilities;
4. Have strong analysis, coordination, and strong publicity and influence;
5. Possess multi-dimensional data analysis skills, is able to better control and optimization effect
6. Willing to travel and relocate with job location.
