Requirements

Languages: English
Education : College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Worksite environment Odours, Hot
Work setting: Restaurant

Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player

Tasks: 

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control,

Address customers' complaints or concerns,

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage,

Establish work schedules,

Organize and maintain inventory,

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Supervision: 5-10 people
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines.
