Cook

Job duties:

• Plan, prepare and complete food preparation items from the menu
• Prepare and cook Jiang Nan’s specialize dishes such as General Tso’s Spicy Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Jiangxi Stir-fried Rice Noodle, etc
• Determine size of food proportions
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain an organized work environment
• Ensure quality standards are met in meal preparation, taste and overall cleanliness of restaurant are met
• Work with specialized cooking equipment including stir-fry, oven, grill, etc
• Create a healthy and friendly working environment with other staff and management as well as guests

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school
• We prefer cook experience, training will be provided to success candidates

Salary: $15.00/hour

Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week
