Field Security Supervisor

Blackbird Security is looking of a field security supervisor on a full-time and permanent basis.

Position: 1

Salary: $27.00 per hour  

The person should be able to perform the following tasks:

1. Assign, manage, review and co-ordinate tasks with departments
2. Prepare and submit progress and other reports on staff work performance
3. Perform recruitment tasks a
4. Acquiring supplies and materials required for daily tasks
5. Plan for maintenance and repair work, and ensure the smooth working of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
6. Solve work-related problems and conflicts
7. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies 
8. Maintain flexibility in schedule to account
9. Supervise and guide other security officers
10. Regularly patrol and spot-check premises
11. Visually inspect tools, equipment and

Employment Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Certification in the field or several years (1-2) of experience
