Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervision of 5-10 people
- Plan, organize, control daily operations
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Stay uptodate with inventory
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
- Assist in creating staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide the best customer service
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
