Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Winnipeg Region, as per company contracts.
Wage rate: $30 per hour (40 hours per week)
Education: High School required
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Language: English.
Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers.
- Hire, train, and general management of all workers on the project.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
- Record site observations, employee hours and health and safety statistics.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and, coordinates work activities with other subcontractors.
- Resolve work problems and, implement measures to improve productivity and quality.
- Manage the procurement of materials and workers necessary to complete the project.
- Monitor work progress for each project.
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
