Job Description
Diva 9 Studio specialize Facials, makeup, laser hair removal etc... They are currently looking for 2 Estheticians to join immediately. Job offered is full-time and permanent. Workers are encouraged to apply immediately.
Job Duties

• Give facial and other body treatments using specialized products and techniques.

• Advise customers on the use of make-up and other beauty products and apply make-up to customers; may specialize in applying make-up to models or other individuals for special occasions.
• Evaluating a customer’s skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments
• Recommending skin care products to customers, including moisturizers and facial washes
• Waxing or plucking unwanted hair, providing facials and administering other cosmetic treatments
• Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring schedule
• Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner
• Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms and thanking them on departure
• Interview clients to obtain information about contraindications
• Examine client’s skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments
• Advise clients on skin care
• Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens
• Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests

Employment requirements
• Senior Secondary education is required
• 1-2 years of full-time experience as professional esthetician is required or Completion of a 1-2 college or beauty school programs for estheticians is required combined with 6-12 months of training is required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Physical mobility, able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Benefits
As per BC Employment standards act, 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid.
