Sales Associate

Job summary:

We are a slaughter house and re looking to hire Sales Associates to work in our team.

Job description:

• Work directly with the customers and vendors to support their sales and service needs
• Help clients to find the right products and services
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Coordinate the purchase of merchandise with requisition orders. 
• Answer phone calls and provide information to callers. 
• Follow up on customer complaints and problems as needed.
• Ensure all items are readily available. 
• Work in concert with other workers in the organization to reach sales goals. 
• Auditing computer records for accuracy
• Completing paperwork when receiving the merchandise into inventory.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers and buyers in markets
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and other businesses buying our products
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities)

Employer Requirements-

• No Education
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
