DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation Set performance goals, oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue Arrange for shipping documentation and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of goods and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit Develop plans and procedures for the logistics and warehouse Negotiate with ocean, air and land carriers, and insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates Control the departmental budget Recruit , supervise and coach workforce MINIMUM REQUIREMENT Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education. More than 3 years of experience in logistics operations are required, including supervisory experience. Demonstrated analytical, business and problem solving skills. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
