Sales Manager

Columbia Collision Repairs Ltd. is looking for full-time Sales Manager to join their team in Surrey as soon as possible.

Job Description:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales department
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
• Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
• Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company
• Serves as liaison between sales & marketing department and other departments.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
• Several years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.

Salary: $30.50 hourly for 40 Hours per Week with Benefits as Per as Company Policy
