TITLE: VP SALES DEPARTMENT

Key Skills & Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute strategic sales and operational strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives for all stages of the Sales life cycle.
Develop a standard proposal and request for proposal process; lead creation for customers and prospects
Develop sales funnel and accurately forecast and manage sales opportunities through all phases of the sales process, for predictable, credible results, and the achievement of business objective
Focus on executive level client contacts in all facets of the client engagement cycle from qualification through enterprise-wide negotiations; Maintain executive contact with account(s), focusing on the establishment and maintenance of long term relationships.
Analyze monthly performance of sales funnel, revenue and other key operating performance indicators.
Ensure effective communications within the sales team, and with all key stakeholders within Realty organization.
Develop business plans and strategies to position software services and Solutions to targeted client base.
Encourage and maintain competitive analysis and intelligence.
Lead, inspire, motivate and recognize assigned staff while supporting their professional development, sales plans and activities.
Manage and encourage diversity in skills and capabilities.
Develop Sales compensation and incentive programs to motivate sales team success
10+ years senior sales experience required with 5+ years of management experience, preferably in managed networking, cloud solutions or IT services and Development
Demonstrable experience in C-Level selling and executive level relationship development with complex Network Solutions customers
Excellent knowledge of IT industry and mobile communications industry relationships.
Strong understanding of wholesale contracts and ability to negotiate complex contracts and amendments.
Demonstrate the ability to management pipelines and develop accurate forecasting both monthly and quarterly.
Demonstrable success in setting sales strategy for large accounts and managing required outputs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with quantifiable attention to detail.
Ability to assess client business issues, requirements and budget constraints and prescribe solutions.
Comfortable working at the C-Level both with clients and internally.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate, document and present concepts, ideas, figures, action plans, etc.
Ability to analyze complex problems and present straightforward solutions.
Self-motivated, independent resourceful and adaptable.
