Location- The Biryaniwalla, Ottawa
Salary - 16.00 to 20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment - Permanent employment, Full time
Shift - Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend
Start date- Starts as soon as possible

Education - No degree, certificate or diploma 
Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years in Indian cuisine cooking

Work setting - Restaurant

Tasks
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in Indian cuisine, especially in Andhra style/Hyderabad style Biryani, tandoor dishes
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
