General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

JOB DUTIES

• Design and implement operations strategies, plans and procedures that enable the highest levels of execution and delivery in alignment with the short-term and long-term strategic business plans.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis.
• Strategically partner with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets, keeping monetary spending within the parameters of the committed budget.
• Evaluate, document and ensure compliance of the Company’s corporate internal policies, procedures and controls consistent with the mission and strategic goals.
• Responsible for cross-departmental processes, tasks and deliverables.
• Manage contracts and relations with clients and other stakeholders.
• Implement and coordinate local and regional client service operations and find ways to ensure client retention.
• Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
• Control on the budget and managing expenses, thus establishing financial and administrative controls.
• Encourage a culture of learning and development, talent retention and attraction through following company recruitment, induction and training practices accurately.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $67.60 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $101.40 per hour starting after 44 hours per week, with holiday pay of 4% of gross pay
