 We, 88 Supermarket (Killarney) Ltd. o/a 88 Supermarket are looking for a Full-Time & Permanent Customer Services Supervisor to assist with our business.

(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Customer Services Supervisor
Employer: 88 Supermarket (Killarney) Ltd. o/a 88 Supermarket
Work Location: 2611 E 49th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5S 1J9
Work Setting: Grocery, Supermarket
Wage & Benefits:
- $22.00/hr based on 30-36hrs/wk
- 4% paid vacation, overtime rate will be paid after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience
Language: English
Main duties:
- Solve customer problems while ensuring customer satisfaction, and react immediately in case of
  any urgent situations
- Resolve customer service problems and inquiries
- Assist customer service staff with duties where required
- Check e-mails, voice mails, correspondence, faxes, and answer phone calls
- Monitor and authenticate returns, exchanges, and voids
- Maintain documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines and policies are observed
- Ensure cleanliness and good order of the department and oversee the transition between shifts
- Carry out merchandising duties in accordance with the store management team, including but not
   limited to: displays, merchandise presentation, labeling, and signage
- Train staff in areas of customer service
- Perform additional duties where needed
