Job Duties:

• Develop, review and implement policies and procedures for the operations of the establishment.
• Prepare estimates and keep track of income and expenditures.
• Participate in the development of marketing and pricing strategies
• Negotiate the provision of products and services with manufacturers
• Recruit, oversee and conduct staff training
• Conduct performance reviews
• May perform duties of supervisor
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
