Floor Manager for Grocery Store
We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of employees. The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer service standards are met, that store policies are adhered to, and that the store is kept clean and organized. The Floor Manager will also be responsible for training new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees in the store.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and evaluate new employees.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
