Food Service Supervisor

Squamish Samurai Sushi is looking for a skillful and energetic Food Service Supervisor!

Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-time / Permanent)

Employer: Squamish Samurai Sushi (operated by Squamish Sushi Inc.)

Working Locations:

• 40254 Glenalder Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G2
• #120-1200 Hunter Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G8

Working Conditions:

• Permanent, Full-time
• Wage: $18.50 ~ $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Working hours: 35~40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Supervise restaurant food services; dine-in/take outs & pick ups.
• Prepare work schedules and deployments of the shifts.
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintain food and equipment inventories.
• Record total daily sales and report it to the owner/manager.
• Train new hired server(s).

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in food or restaurant service
• Must be available to work at least one day on weekend.
