Squamish Samurai Sushi is looking for full-time Line Cooks for our 2 locations in Squamish, BC!

 

Position: Line Cook

Working Locations (multiple locations):

• 40254 Glenalder Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G2
• #120-1200 Hunter Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G8

 

Working Conditions:

• Permanent, Full-time
• Wage: $17.00 ~ $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Working hours: 35~40 hours per week

 

Job Duties:

• Cook and prepare our menus for Sashimi, nigiri sushi, rolls and sashimi salads etc.
• Ensure quality of food and consistency
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and appliances
• Monitor and record the inventory of ingredients
• Train and supervise new hired cook(s) or kitchen helper(s)

 

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: At least 1 year of cook experience
• Must be available to work at least one day on weekend
