Job details:
Salary: $27.45 CAD Per Hour
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week with overtime wage of $41.18 starting after accumulated 44 hours in a week

Job requirements:
Languages: English is a mandatory language
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Specific Skills:
- Facilitates resource management and administration procedures and documentation.
- Complete all office administration tasks, including general office, equipment maintenance, and preparation & processing of new affiliation paperwork, maintain files and oversee general office appearance and repair issues.
- Able to handle the general purchase pertaining to office requirements.
- Oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the office for smooth and efficient office operation.
- Provides assistance and support to the management as and when desired.
- Maintain, repaire, or replacing office equipment as per demand
- Direct, review, and optimize office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special assignments, as appropriate.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
