Administrative Assistant
Star pacific transportation Inc is looking for one (01) full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant for their business.

Requirements:

Completion of High School is required.

More than 2 years of experience in Administration or related fields is required.

Knowledge of English Language
-
Basic knowledge of Computers.
Wages: $26.50/hr. for 40 hrs./week +4% Vacation pay
Job responsibilities:
-
Provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the company.
-
Must be able to operate office Machinery such as Printers, scanners and provide support to the office in scanning, copying etc.

Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of logistics, administrative, and management staff
-
Maintain all the documentation related to the company such as insurance, maintenance records and bills in the form of hard and soft copy.

Order required stationery and supplies for the office.

Answer call, mails, email and other inquiries.

Distribute the mail to the departments
-
Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, and other documents.

Make sure all the payments are made in a timely manner.
-
Keep the record of all payments and expenditures.

Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for employer, if needed
