Position: Wholesale Buyer                                               

Vacancy: 1

Work Hours: 6~8 hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent

Wage: $26.00~27.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation

Job Duties:

-Purchase merchandise for resale by retail or wholesale establishments

-Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation

-Select the merchandise which best fits the establishment's requirements

-Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets and maintain adequate stock levels

-Analyze sales records, forecast, trends, combined with internal and external conditions to determine different inventory levels for satisfying customers’ buying patterns

-Check the quality and the quantity when the items are received

-Prepare order lists for products from suppliers

-Analyze quantity ordered, and report to the purchasing officer to determine order quantity for each item.

-Check the inventory level and report to the purchasing officer

-Inspect the quality of the product purchased and report any defects to the suppliers

Job Requirements:

-Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of related experience

-Language: English is required

-Education: completion of secondary school
