My Canada Payday.com is looking for an exceptional Loans Manger to join our team and help us execute growth strategy.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $45 per hour

The Loans Manger will:

• Lead and supervise the team of loan department, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Recruit loan personnel and identify their training needs.
• Administer personal loan accounts.
• Oversee the end-to-end loan application process, including verifying customer information, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring loan documentation is accurate and complete.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advise customers on the financial services corresponding to their needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk, maintain data confidentiality, and protect customer information.
• Generate regular reports on loan activities, portfolio performance, and key metrics to track progress and provide insights for business decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the loan management system.

Employment requirement:

• Language: English.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, economics or a related field is required.
• Completion of company or other management training programs is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in banking, credit or other investment companies, including supervisory experience, is required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
